Kuching Airport to City & More for RM4 Only! FlexiDailyPass

Great news to backpackers, those on a budget or simply for any smart traveller visiting Kuching on vacations or business. You can now buy a RM4 FlexiDailyPass ticket from Kuching International Airport (KIA) which will take you to the city through all the major hotels namely Hilton Hotel, Merdeka Palace, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza Riverside, Harbour View, Grand Continental, Borneo and Fata Hotel. And you can even use the FlexiDailyPass to travel to Serian or Sri Aman, using the stage bus.

FlexiDailyPass allows easy access to all STC routes

KUCHING: With just RM4 a day, passengers using Sarawak Transport Company (STC) buses can travel to any place of interest in the city.

The RM4 FlexiDailyPass is the latest service offered by STC Berhad, which is unique to the company.

STC managing director William Chan said that the FlexiDailyPass allows passengers to travel anywhere in the city and also wherever STC operates.

“With the FlexiDailyPass, passengers on that particular day can travel anywhere, including Semenggok Wildlife Centre or Ranchan Pool using STC buses.”

“This FlexiDailyPass will entitle the holder to one day unlimited ride in all our stage bus routes,” Chan explained at the launching the service at Kuching International Airport (KIA) yesterday.

The FlexiDailyPass is sold at STC bus stations in Serian (082-874175), Bau (082-763175) and Kuching (016-8860855).

The event was officiated by Sarawak Tourists Federation (STF) president Wee Hong Seng. STF advisor Lim Kian Hock was also present.

Chan said the FlexiDailyPass also allows passengers to travel to Serian or Sri Aman, using the stage bus.

Meanwhile, STC took a step forward by announcing the new route to the new airport which is also accessible with the FlexiDailyPass.

According to Chan, the route will also pass through all the major hotels in the city, namely Hilton Hotel, Merdeka Palace, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza Riverside, Harbour View, Grand Continental, Borneo and Fata Hotel.

He said the new service (Route No.12A) a scheduled at two hour interval from 8am to 5.50pm daily.

Chan said the FlexiDailyPass is also sold at KIA, and information can be obtained at MAS Information Counter.

Meanwhile, Wee said efficient transport services for passengers were important to ensure the state’s success and winning edge in the tourism sector.
