We only accept payment by cash or direct bank-in into our bank account. To guarantee your trip confirmation, a 20% deposit is required.

RESPONSIBILITY

Although every precaution is taken to safeguard you and your belongings, our adventures by their nature involve a certain amount of risk. Due to this risk, Kuching Kayak Sdn Bhd requires you to sign a “Waiver and Release of Liability” form (appended below for your information) before departing on your trip.

Participants under the age of 21 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you find it necessary to cancel your trip, please notify us as soon as possible. If cancellations are made more than 24 hours prior to the trip’s departure, your payment will be refunded. Due to extensive trip preparation requirements, cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. However in some situations, we may be able to transfer you to another trip.
